See a movement worth stealing — Instagram, YouTube, a coach’s page — paste the link and say what it is. It joins your library, and the builder draws it before any of the defaults. Below that, a shared library: links anyone can add, and anyone can report.

N=1, not medical advice. These are one person’s references, not instruction.

Tag it if it involves any of these, so the builder can hold it back on the days you say to avoid them

Yours

Movements you have added from a link. They are drawn before the defaults whenever one of them fits the slot, and they are stored in this browser only. The movements the builder ships with are written out on the training page, under the movement library.

Nothing added yet. Anything you add here is drawn ahead of the default library — that is the whole point of it.

Shared

Links other people have added, for the movements the builder already knows. Nothing here touches your session, and nothing here is drawn into a plan — it is a shelf of references, not a library of yours. Anything unsafe can be taken down by anyone, from the entry itself.

YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo and TikTok links. Everything after the address is stripped before it is stored — share links carry tracking that names whoever copied them.

Loading the shared library…

Your movements and their links are stored in this browser only — never uploaded, nobody else can see them, and they don’t follow you to another device. What you post to the shared library is public and is stored with no idea of who sent it: the movement, the link, your note, and whether it has been reported. Reporting it as unsafe hides it for everyone at once; the other reasons mark it and leave it up. What is kept, and what isn’t.
